Sea-run cutthroat should be available in tidewater areas, and will begin to move upstream over the next few weeks. Most of the rivers are restricted to artificial lures and flies above tidewater until Aug. 31, so check the regulations before you go.
The Kilchis can get a few stray spring Chinook or summer steelhead, but both will be in very low numbers.
