Striper Fishing is Heating Up Below Davis Dam

Striper fishing is heating up below Davis Dam. According to reports from the Big Bend area, anglers are catching stripers, catfish, and black bass. Stripers in the 1- to 4-pound class are most active around sunrise and sunset. Catfish are taking chicken livers and anchovy pieces from shore and boat. Crankbaits and plastics are catching largemouth bass.
