Nevada Magazine's Spring 2021 issue featuring an article on wild-game cooking was just released! The magazine teamed up with Nevada Foodies Wild Game Cuisine to bring an awesome perspective on harvesting; preparing; and cooking clean, organic game meat. They even included a recipe or two.
In this week's Nevada Wild, Aaron Keller and Ashley Sanchez are joined by Nevada Magazine's Executive Editor Megg Mueller, former Nevada Magazine Associate Editor, now NDOW Publication Coordinator Eric Cachinero, and Nevada Foodies Kristy Crabtree! The group talks about the article, how the magazine decided to feature this topic, how Kristy feels to have her cooking highlighted in the magazine, recipes, and more!
Interested in trying out some recipes? Check out NDOW's recent virtual cooking demonstration featuring Kristy here.
Nevada Wild is available for download on SoundCloud and iTunes. It also airs at 6:30 a.m. Sunday mornings on 99.1 FM, KSVL 92.3 FM Talk and live online.
