The weather is warming up and the fishing is getting good in the Klamath Basin. This beautiful, healthy Hen put up a GREAT battle, after a couple spools, and big jump she was landed and then safely released back into the river.

Currently, best fishing in Klamath Basin is Klamath River from JC Boyle Dam to the powerhouse. Keep an eye on flows as they might have to spill. Most other streams and rivers are closed to protect spawning redband trout and other areas remain very slow due to cold water temperatures and high flows.
