The water level has dropped below the toe-slope of Thistle Creek boat ramp. Launching boats is no longer be possible until sometime after refilling begins this winter. For the latest information on water levels at Green Peter Reservoir check with the Army Corps of Engineers' website for more information. ‌

Best bet for anglers without a boat is to drive to the top of the reservoir where Quartzville Creek enters the reservoir. Large trout will sometimes forage where the river brings in food swept down from upstream.
