At Lake Mead (report courtesy of Western Outdoor News), Largemouth and smallmouth bass fishing has been slow, but striped bass and catfish have been bending sticks. The stripers are primarily showing up throughout Boulder Basin within casting range of shore. Some are popping up under birds offshore, and all are keyed in on shad.
