What: February’s Fly of the Month – The Full Metal Jacket Mayfly Nymph. Some of the largest trout on Nevada’s rivers have been caught eating this pattern. Two beads and a wire body help get this one down quick during spring, an excellent choice for the coming high water. We recommend this tying session for intermediate to advanced fly tyers. All tying material is supplied and a limited amount of loaner vise and tool kits will be available.
When: February 7th 6 p.m.
Where: Reno NDOW (1100 Valley Rd, Reno, NV 89512-2817)
