Fish have had a chance to move into the river system and anglers should be able to encounter Chinook throughout. The coast is experiencing a significant dose of rain which has raised river water levels. As the stream flow returns to normal, anglers will have a good shot at encountering some fish. Temporary rule changes for wild adult Chinook are now in place Aug. 31-Dec. 31. One wild adult Chinook per day and two total for this time period. All other zone regulations still apply.
