At Alamo Lake (report courtesy of Sportsman's Warehouse), target shallow structure with Senko worms 4.5- to 7-inch (Wacky Rig), Chatterbaits and spinnerbaits Yamamoto 3-inch Yama Craw. Bead fishing should be picking up. For crappie, the larger fish have been caught at night using light bars off the side of the boat. Catfishing can be really good after dark, try stink bait, liver or live worms.
